Yes we have short term rentals available here at Village West. You can rent anywhere from 1 month to the rest of your life if you wanted to. We are here for the travelers, the tenants who need a place to stay between buying homes, and the long term tenants.

Yes! We have options for those who do not have furniture of their own, we will accommodate with high end couches, beds, dining room furniture you name it, all the way down to the spoons in the kitchen. If there is something you need we will get it for you, if there is something you don’t need don’t worry, we will remove it.

Yes! You can choose to sign up for utilities and pay them yourselves or you can have utilities included in your rent. This covers all utilities except your wifi is already free with rental.

No you do not! Here at Village West we take care of all lawn maintenance, landscaping and snow removal. You may do anything you want to do, like planting flowers, weeding your own front/back yard and shoveling or plowing your own area if you wish but we do include all of this for you.

Yes! We are a pet fee free complex, thats right! No monthly pet fees, no pet deposits at signing nothing! The only thing we request is that if you do chain your dog in the backyard when you let them out that the chain or leash is brought up to the patio as it does interfere with our lawn maintenance.
